Concord Primary Care Services, Inc. provides comprehensive and compassionate care using attendants that are dedicated to the care of our clients. We perform monthly criminal history checks on all our attendants, as required by law.
As the number of chronically ill Americans continues to grow, we believe the hospital will not always be the most appropriate, nor the most cost-effective environment for the chronically ill. Therefore, our vision is that our agency will become a valuable addition to the choices clients will have as they deliberate and decide on their health care needs and options.
