USW #9511 has streamlined the process for getting answers to any questions you may have, by introducing our main contact email ask@usw9511.ca! When an email comes in, it is routed to the appropriate person to respond to your request to handle your matters quickly and easily. This makes it simple for new members, or those in offices that currently are not directly served by a Union Steward, and people outside the local to know where to get their questions answered. This email can be used for everything; from simple enquiries to requests for support with grievances, everything starts with one point of contact.

WHO IS USW #9511?
United Steelworkers (USW) Local #9511 is comprised of 900+ members across the province of Ontario who conduct driver's licence examinations for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) at the province's DriveTest Centres. Our diverse and professional membership conduct nearly one million road tests and over half a million written examinations each year across the province, upholding the MTO's high standards and keeping Ontario's roads some of the safest anywhere.
The United Steelworkers is the largest private-sector union in North America with over 850, 000 members. As part of USW District 6, we are counted in the 225, 000 members in Canada.
