Robert successfully represented clients charged under the Provincial Offences Act and Canadian Criminal Code (summary conviction offences) in the Province of Ontario from 1992 to 1995. Thereafter, Robert developed a passion for helping accident victims receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses.
Robert is a well-respected, experienced and skilled negotiator, who vigorously advocates on behalf of his clients’ claims with respect to Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Canada Pension Disability Appeals, and Short-Term or Long-Term Disability Benefits.
Robert’s main area of practice pertains to Statutory Accident Benefits’ claims, representing his clients at proceedings before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), an adjudicative tribunal that is part of the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario (SLASTO). As a P1 Paralegal Licensee, in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Robert is licensed and experienced to provide legal services in Ontario. Robert’s high level of commitment, dedication, professionalism and energy transcends into his work and the successful representation of his clients.
Robert is also a Notary Public (Ontario) and has successfully completed the Family Mediation Training Program through Riverdale Mediation Inc.

Cristina is a Partner at Romero Law Firm and a Barrister and Solicitor in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. She attained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
Cristina practices in the area of personal injury law and has experience advocating at motions and hearings before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, and multiple tribunals across Ontario.

Mitch’s practice places particular emphasis on serious occupier’s liability cases, motor vehicle litigation, medical malpractice litigation, product liability litigation and strict liability matters (e.g. dog bites). Mitch always places his clients first, and has a proven track record of obtaining excellent results.
Mitch has varied trial experience, and currently represents clients in complex personal injury matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Mitch was among the first lawyers to argue at arbitration proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario when no-fault insurance was introduced to Ontario.
Mitch attended Auburn University on an undergraduate tennis scholarship, where he majored in business. Upon graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1987, Mitch articled with the firm Cassels Brock & Blackwell. Mitch was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 1989, after which he practiced personal injury law with the firm Gluckstein & Neinstein until 1992. Mitch joined Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel in 1992, and became a partner with the firm in 1996.

Ajay is a litigator in Romero Law Firm's firm’s Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation department, and represents injured clients in complex personal injury and disability related matters. Ajay’s practice places a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accident litigation, occupier’s liability litigation, plaintiff-oriented municipal litigation, product liability litigation, and medical and dental malpractice litigation.
Ajay was called to the Delhi State Bar Council (India) in 1993 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2003. He joined Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel, in 2004 and became a partner with the firm in 2011.
Ajay has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal of Ontario (LAT). He possesses considerable trial practice experience and a broad-based knowledge of the law.

Karan Singh is a dual-qualified lawyer (Canada and India) with a broad and dynamic background in civil and commercial dispute resolution. He brings a global legal perspective and strong advocacy skills to his work at Romero Law Firm, where his practice focuses exclusively in personal injury litigation.
At Romero Law Firm, Karan represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, occupiers' liability claims, and medical negligence claims. He combines meticulous preparation with a practical, litigation-focused approach aimed at securing fair compensation for his clients. Karan is committed to guiding injured individuals through the legal process with skill, clarity and compassion.
Before entering the personal injury field, Karan practiced at Peter I. Waldmann Professional Corporation, a downtown Toronto litigation practice. There, he acted in complex civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, defamation, solicitor negligence, class actions, tenancy matters, insurance disputes, and personal injury claims. Karan has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on contested motions and applications, including an Anti-SLAPP motions, charging orders, solicitor negligence matters, tenancy applications, and issues involving adverse costs insurance.
Prior to relocating to Canada, Karan practiced at top law firms in India, representing multinational corporations and financial institutions in high-stakes commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings. This cross border experience has given him a deep understanding of complex disputes and a broadened, internationally informed approach to litigation.
Karan earned his LL.M. in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School prior to establishing a solid foundation in the Canadian legal system. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Sabrina is an Associate Lawyer at Romero Law Firm, where she practices plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle collisions and occupiers' liability claims.
Prior to joining Romero Law Firm, Sabrina worked as a law clerk and articled at different personal injury law firms in Toronto, where she developed a strong foundation in Ontario personal injury law. She is dedicated to guiding clients through each stage of the litigation process with clarity and care and advocating for the best possible result.
Before her call to the Ontario Bar, Sabrina trained and practiced as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, where she specialized in insurance defence and commercial litigation. She later transitioned to plaintiff-side personal injury work in Toronto, developing a practical and client-focused approach to litigation. Her dual background provides her with a well-rounded perspective on both sides of personal injury disputes.
Sabrina is dual-qualified to practice law in both Ontario and Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong.
Sabrina is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of her practice, Sabrina enjoys staying active through weightlifting, jogging and dancing, and spending time exploring new places with family and friends.

Hufriz works in the firm’s Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation department as a Licensed Paralegal.
She attained her Paralegal License from the Law Society of Ontario in 2010.
