PIE is a Process Street based AI powered process analyzer.
By design, PIE takes a 360o structured approach to evaluate and optimize business processes effectively.
The process improvements are predicated on the company profile, the situation surrounding the process in question and the desired process improvement objectives. By implementing knowledge-driven decisions, PIE ensures sustainable improvements and efficiencies. This approach enhances organizational performance while aligning with strategic goals.
Amongst the numerous process improvements that PIE puts forward, it also identifies the features and functionalities of Process Street that can be deployed to best achieve the recommended process improvements critical for compliance.

PIE consultation, analysis and provision of the reports is conducted in a live 1:1 virtual session with a business process expert that typically takes between 60 ~ 90 minutes. All interactions with PIE are performed live in the presence of the client in real-time to ensure a personalized and tailored experience. Our sessions are designed for maximum engagement and effectiveness, catering to individual clients' needs. The process diagnostic reports generated are emailed to the client instantly during the session.
The virtual session is conducted following a structured interactive step-by-step approach :
